no-milk milkshake

This is so good that kids might forget there’s no ice cream in here. And for adults, it’s a velvety, creamy indulgence.

Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2-3 small servings

1 c. chocolate almond milk (Almond Breeze is GFCFSF)
1 banana
1/4 c. almond or peanut butter
handfuls of ice
(about 2 cups)

  1. Blend everything in blender until frothy. Serve in tumblers.

    I make a similar shake. I peel and freeze the bananas and whenever we want a shake, we just pop the frozen bananas in the blender and add fruit for a smoothie or chocolate and peanut butter for a shake. By freezing the bananas you don’t need to add ice.
