all fruit breakfast smoothie

Amys Gluten Free Pantry

Containing all acid and sub-acid fruits, this smoothie is a great way to cleanse your body first thing in the morning.  A complete food with a perfect balance of protein and starches which are already broken down into amino acids and simple sugars, fruit will typically digest in between 15 minutes and an hour, making it a great early morning option. I like buying frozen, organic fruit that was picked when it was ripe. This is also a nice pick-me-up for my kids after a long day at school.
