Amys Gluten Free Pantry

Other than a perfectly ripe strawberry, peanut butter and banana on a graham cracker was maybe my dad’s favorite thing to eat. S’moreables makes a gluten-free graham style cracker that doesn’t taste much like a traditional graham cracker, but it works great with this combo, and with, of course, marshmallows and chocolate.

Total time: 5 minutes
YIeld: 2 snacks

2 S’moreable Graham Style Crackers
1 T peanut or almond butter
4 slices of ripe banana
drizzle of GF, dairy-free chocolate sauce

  1. Assemble with peanut slathered on graham crackers, topped with bananas.
  2. Drizzle with chocolate.
