There’s a lot of sweet already going on here…jelly, fruit. Try to make sending a cookie a special occasion instead of every day.

Total time: 10 minutes
YIeld: 1 sandwich

2 slices gluten-free bread (I use Udi’s)
blackberry or strawberry jam (I use lo-sugar, organic)
peanut or almond butter (I use organic)

corn chips
fresh fruit such as watermelon
