This also works great with deli turkey. This is my kid’s second lunch after school.

Yield: 1 wrap
1 brown rice tortilla (I buy Trader Joe’s brand)
lots of mayonnaise (Best Foods is GFCF) or hummus
1/2 c. shredded cooked chicken
slices of Roma tomato (omit for nightshade allergy)
4 fresh basil leaves
- Heat wrap over an open flame or in a flat frying pan without oil.
- Once pliable, wrap everything up burrito style with one end open and serve.
