Super easy and quick! This is great on the BBQ, which tames the acidity of the mustard. My kids love this and it’s great on pork, too.

Yield: Serves 4
8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 – 1/2 c. dijon mustard
juice of 1 lemon
4 cloves garlic, crushed
fresh cracked black pepper
- Place chicken in casserole pan and cover with mustard.
- Squeeze juice over chicken, along with crushed garlic and pepper, making sure marinade covers both sides of chicken. Marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to one hour.
- Grill over high heat for 6-7 minutes a side and serve.
