Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 45 minutes
Yield: 20-30 strawberries
1 pound ripe strawberries, washed and patted dry
8 ounces good quality white chocolate (the Diva used Lindt), chopped
squeezable black decorating icing
- Line a baking sheet with non-stick paper. Make a double-boiler by placing the chocolate in a tempered glass bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove bowl from the saucepan.
- Dip each strawberry into the chocolate holding it by the stem. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Let set for about 20 minutes. Using the squeezable chocolate icing, draw 2 eyes and a large oval shaped mouth.
- Chill until set.
Those are adorable!!
