This is a tasty dip for steamed asparagus spears and for strips of Garlic Rosemary Chicken as an appetizer. It’s quick and can be made with purchased mayo or you can splurge and whip up your own.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes (if you make your own mayo)
Yield: 1 cup

1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods is GFCF, but not soy free)
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried dill

  1. Mix all ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
