Amys Gluten Free Pantry

This is great on scrambled eggs, and for marinating chicken, turkey and fish.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1/2 cup
Special equipment: mini food processor

1 large bunch cilantro
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
(from about half of one juicy lemon)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt

  1. Put all ingredients into a mini-food processor and mix until blended to a paste, about 20-30 seconds.
