fruit platter

Amys Gluten Free Pantry

Never underestimate the appeal of fresh fruit. When I bring an this to a party, fruit is always a nice contrast to all the standard heavy, creamy fare. Use whatever is in season and it makes a beautiful appetizer or dessert.

Total time: 20 minutes
Yield: Serves 10-12

1/2 of a small, seedless watermelon
carton of strawberries
bunch of cherries
bunch of red or green grapes
small carton of blueberries

  1. Arrange in groupings with blueberries sprinkled on top. Cut up the remaining watermelon so that it’s a convenient snack.
