We’ve tried lots of brands of gluten-free pasta, but bionaturae’s line of organic, gluten-free pasta is the one most highly favored by the two gluten addicts in my home. Made in Italy, their gf pasta comes in four forms: spaghetti, elbow, penne and fusilli. Give this a try with Meat Sauce or Pesto. Delicious! I’ve served this to people who had no idea they weren’t eating traditional pasta. You can find this at Whole Foods and Amazon. Made from rice, potato and soy, it may not be for everyone’s specific diet (I can’t have it because of the potato and soy), but hopefully some of you out there will fit it a good fit.
