mango strawberry sunrise

Amys Gluten Free Pantry

I use my little magic bullet for this, which gives me a perfect single serving. This doubles easily to provide four little servings for breakfast or an afternoon snack. Having frozen fruit in the freezer makes this a snap! On the weekend, this is our morning ritual along with a game of Rummiqub, followed by a big breakfast.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1 10 oz. serving
Special equipment: blender or Magic Bullet

4 frozen strawberries
1/4 c. frozen mango
2 T frozen blueberries
8 ounces pineapple or peach juice

  1. If using a Magic Bullet, you may want to cut the strawberries into quarters if they’re large. Otherwise, add all ingredients into blender of bullet and process until smooth.
