Using a Magic Bullet makes this one serving smoothie a snap. If you want to double it, use the blender. Full of antioxidants, this smoothie can get you going first thing in the morning or provide a pick-me-up for a mid afternoon slump.

Prep time: 2 minutes
Total time: just over 2 minutes
Yield: 1 16-oz or 2 8-oz servings
Special equipment: Magic Bullet or blender

3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 banana
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 c. ice
1 tsp. agave optional,
(if blueberries need more sweetness)

  1. Place all ingredients into the Bullet or blender and process until smooth – about 20-30 seconds.
