There’s a lot of sweet already going on here…jelly, fruit. Try to make send­ing a cookie a spe­cial occa­sion instead of every day.

Total time: 10 min­utes
YIeld: 1 sandwich

2 slices gluten-free bread (I use Udi’s)
black­berry or straw­berry jam (I use lo-sugar, organic)
peanut or almond but­ter (I use organic)

corn chips
pick­les
fresh fruit such as watermelon
