garlic mustard lemon chicken

Super easy and quick! This is great on the BBQ, which tames the acidity of the mustard. My kids love this and it’s great on pork, too.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Yield: Serves 4

8-10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 – 1/2 c. dijon mustard
juice of 1 lemon
4 cloves garlic, crushed
fresh cracked black pepper

  1. Place chicken in casserole pan and cover with mustard.
  2. Squeeze juice over chicken, along with crushed garlic and pepper, making sure marinade covers both sides of chicken. Marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to one hour.
  3. Grill over high heat for 6-7 minutes a side and serve.
