As I was perusing the “New Items” shelf at my local Trader Joe’s, I came across this pasta – gluten-free and organic to boot. It contains only a handful of ingredients, which I love: organic brown rice flour, organic quinoa, water and salt. Remember, quinoa offers lots of fiber, protein and antioxidants – more than any other grain. Plus it contains all nine amino acids, making it a complete protein.
