So have I mentioned how much I love shortcuts? Maybe twenty or thirty times… Pamela’s Products provide some of my favorites – shortcuts for baking, or a box of ready made cookies when I don’t want to turn the oven on. Whether it’s breads, cakes, cookies, pancakes, waffles, muffins or pizza dough (just to name a few), Pamela’s makes my life easier.
So when the good people at Pamela’s sent me a HUGE box of goodies as a thank you for being a guest blogger for the month of May, I wanted to pay it forward and pass some of those shortcut mixes and treats onto you readers. (Sorry, we already broke into the Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies). So, calling all cooks and bakers:
Please submit your favorite original gluten-free (dairy and soy optional) recipe by May 15th.
A panel of expert judges (myself, my husband and two kids) will prepare and test all recipes. It can be anything you want from appetizers to entrees to desserts.
In the meantime, I am hiding this goodie box from my kids who have not yet entirely signed onto this give-away idea. So, respond to this post with your recipe and I’ll keep everything secret, listing the winning recipe in late May. Have fun and good luck!
